Who are they?
In our galaxy, the Milky Way, there are at least 2.63 million higher-developed, and 1.04 million lesser-developed civilizations. It is estimated that the numbers could be even higher. The extraterrestrial human beings that Billy met are from different places like the Plejares star system, from the Vega, Lyra and Deneb star systems and also from the DAL universe. The DAL universe is part of a twin Creation to the one that we are existing within. Our universe is called the DERN universe by the Plejaren.

Other Extraterrestrials that have met Billy
CLADENA AIKARINA: She is the youngest extraterrestrial human that Billy has had the pleasure of meeting. She was just 11 years old when she came to Earth to meet with Billy in the year 2005. The Plejaren people conducted a competition to find a name for Billy's mission on Earth. She suggested that the mission be called "The Silent Revolution of Truth" and this won the competition. The prize was to come to Earth to meet Billy but only under the condition that she learned the High German language in order to be able to converse with him. It took her a few months only to master the language.
FLORENA: Florena is a young Plejaren woman who started contacts with Billy in 1995. At that time she was 163 years old. Her name Florena means "one that is blooming". Some of Florena's tasks when contacting Billy is to ask questions and undertake research on behalf of Ptaah when he is unable to contact Billy himself.
MENARA: Menara is a female human being from planet Deron in the Vega star system. She first contacted Billy on the 29th July 1976.
BERMUNDA: She is a young Plejaren Extraterrestrial woman that contacted Billy in 2017.
ASINA: Asina is a woman from planet in Deneb in the constellation of Cygnus. On November 26th of 1977, her peoples’ spaceship became damaged while traveling near Earth. She contacted Billy telepathically who then contacted the Plejaren who sent help. After few years in September 26th of 2000, she came back to Earth to thank Billy for his help and Billy met her personally for the first time. She is unlike any other human extraterrestrial. Her race's physiology is different whereby her race has long fingers, soft skin and an appearance similar to a mixture of human, fish and amphibians.
